    I ordered the room and it's supposed to have a hot tub. shows a hot tub in the picture on the app..no hot tub.. The app tells you one price and when you get the room they charge a different price... Requested a first floor because I'm handicapped and refused to give me one on the first floor but if I want to get a double queen they want to charge me $20 higher then what I paid for the one on the app.. That's on the first floor!! So if I wanted anything on the first floor I would have to pay more, so I would have to go for my king to two Queens and pay $20 more that does not make any sense to me... The apps that are supposed to pay 88 12 and they charged me 109.. there is water damage mold sections of the ceiling is coming down and water streaks going down the wall.. do not stay in room 201..

    It is a pretty rough hotel. I had been working and driving all day and was looking for a place to sleep and grab a quick breakfast and hit the road again. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was fairly noisy and I am CPAP user so I am used to have something noisy in the room. The room was also fairly worn and was mostly cleaned (found a bottle cap behind the bathroom door). You could also tell that the room had some water damage as well because there was a repaired section of ceiling. For the breakfast it was not very good. I was just going to grab a coffee and a hard-boiled egg. They didn't have any hard-boiled eggs, so I grabbed some cream cheese to put on a bagel. No bagels, so yogurt it was. Someone else who was having breakfast at the same time had said the scrambled eggs were cold and had to heat them up in the microwave. The parking lot looked fairly small and and there was several larger U-Haul and construction vehicles in the parking lot. The hotel had several signs up saying no large vehicles beyond this point, but the had to because there was no where else they could park. I was using the hotel as a bed on the way down south to be with family for the holidays and for the price I won't be staying at this location again if I have the choice.

    We have stayed at this hotel previously on our way from Iowa to Alabama and back and felt like the location and service were good for the price. However, our recent two stays were a disappointment. The first stay, it was apparent the TV service had changed as the channel guide card didn't match the actual channels. We struggled, but eventually found what we were looking for. It wasn't a deal breaker so thinking they were perhaps in the midst of updating, we stayed there again. This time, not only was the TV guide still confusing, but we couldn't get but only a handful of channels. I went to the desk and the clerk came in and messed with the remote until we got NO service. He said the manager was coming and would fix it. We waited over an hour before deciding to go get dinner. After we returned, there was still no manager and the clerk just shrugged. We worked with the remote and finally got one channel to work. Up early the next morning, we went to their breakfast only to find most food gone. They either didn't make enough or not monitor it well. Next time we'll stay at the Super 8 or Holiday Inn in n the same location where we can relax in our room to a little TV and better service.
