Dr. Lowe and his staff are extremely pleasant to work with. I had my wisdom teeth extracted, and they really took good care of me. Five stars all the way around. A1 service.

I brought my mother to this place. All I can say is the staff or dentist wasnt very friendly, actually rude.

I went to Dr Lowes office to get my 5 wisdom teeth extracted. Surgery day, everything went smooth and everyone was nice. 2 weeks post surgery, I noticed a large hard lump underneath my tongue that was not there before. It continued to become larger and larger, growing over my teeth (I included a photo) making it impossible for me to eat and painful when I talked. At this point, I became very concerned because I have never had any issues with my mouth or teeth, ever. I did my research, and I now have a "ranula". A ranula is caused due to trauma during oral surgery. I was under anesthesia so I am not sure if this was caused by roughness or what. So I called Dr Lowe's office to see if I could come in for an appointment for him to take a look at it. Nancy, the front desk lady answered. She was very hesitant and sounded like she didn't want to schedule me an appointment. She was extremely rude, and even laughed during the call because I said that this lump was caused from this surgery. She acted very unprofessional and if I were Dr Lowe I would not want this impression for my office when a concerning patient calls due to post surgery concerns. Anyway, I came in for an appointment and was told that I would probably have to have my salivary gland removed and if I wanted a referral, to let Nancy know. I would not recommend this office unfortunately.
