Ive had multiple root canals done by Dr Lask and each time its so fast, they can usually get me in quickly, and Im not going to say its painless, but its definitely not as painful as people say when you hear root canal. I had a toothache for weeks that I thought I could handle. I finally called my regular dentist and they couldnt get me in until April. Since the pain I had was so similar to pain I had with the other root canals, I called Dr Lasks office and they were able to squeeze me in. I ended up needing a root canal, and the entire process took maybe a half hour. I waited longer for my ride to get there than the actual length of the procedure. I woke up this morning with minimal pain so I definitely highly recommend Dr Lask.

John is a great provider. The billing office leaves a lot to be desired. I was told my portion of the bill after insurance before my appointment but after the appointment _______ called me and said she found out I owed more because, "your insurance website is very confusing." Essentially, she made an error and then blamed my confusing insurance website. My portion was several hundred more than I was initially quoted. She then demanded to know exactly when I would be taking care of the balance, she seemed to be pretty distressed by the whole thing. I don't know if she gets in trouble when payments aren't received immediately or what or if she was going to be held accountable for her mistake and needed desperately to make it right or what? I understand things happen but to blame others and then be so rude really did not sit well with me. I told her I would look at my finances and call her back but I decided to mail in my payment with an envelope and stamp like it's 1980 because frankly, I did not want to speak with her again. I mailed in my payment, asking her to use my card to pay half of the balance right away and then the other half 2 weeks later and I wrote the date on the invoice. I wanted to use my HSA in this way so that I would be able to make a payment on another bill I had that was predetermined unlike this one, and when she called she did say that I could break up the payments but she needed to know immediately how I would be planning to do that. Today I was paying bills and looking at my HSA when I saw that she got my card information, and proceeded to use it to pay the entire balance immediately. Let's just say I don't often, if ever, write negative reviews, it's not my style. I really don't want to use this office again, but unfortunately we don't always have a choice. I can't imagine her not seeing my note on the bill, I am honestly dismayed. My tooth feels great, I appreciate the good work from that perspective, but just disappointed in the lack of integrity demonstrated by office staff.
