I don't know much about the Doctors but the receptionist who just hung up on me was extremely unprofessional when I didn't give her my social security number... Which by the way is NEVER needed for billing purposes. We will not be going back because of her.

The dentist used to be my nightmare! And athough it's still an exhausting event for me, Dr Livingston has changed the experience completely. I can't control the anxiety attacks that happen during dental procedures and it's frustrating. Dr. Livingston and his staff are patient and understanding. He helps ease the anxiety by talking me through the entire process. I highly recommend him as well Dr. Triplett.

INCOMPETENT STAFF. They have absolutely no concern for they're patient's needs. As someone who works Night Shift, doesn't get to bed until 7 a.m., and has problems sleeping, I didn't appreciate getting an automated phone call at 9 a.m. reminding me about an appointment in advance. I called the office, explained the situation, and asked to please make sure that I did not get any more phone calls. The girl was nice enough, and assured me I would not. So of course, a few days later, I got another one. The second woman was not concerned at all. Instead of apologizing, and fixing the problem - NOT ROCKET SCIENCE - her solution was to cancel my appointment. Good riddance! It's truly pathetic that a staff would rather lose business for their employer, than take care of something that should be an easy fix.
