I have used Dana and her team for a number of years for my tax returns. Its a great team. Always helpful and understanding if I have questions. I would refer them to any of my friends for their tax needs.

I hate to have to leave a bad review and try not to unless I feel others need to know for the future. I hired Dana right before tax season a few years ago because our other CPA was overworked and understaffed. I stressed to her how important it was that we had someone who responded to us if needed. Dana is a kind person, but I firmly believe they are too very understaffed and overworked. The staff she has hired is nothing like her character. They are all incredibly unkind and short. I have a tremendous amount of records of how many times I tried to email and call their office. Their office lines almost always went to voice mail and the mailbox was full. They always told me that wasnt true when I told them that. Over the course of the few years I worked with them you could see that I would email one week, wait a week, email them the same questions, wait 2-3 more weeks, and I would email about 4-5 times in a 2 month period before theyd respond. Then theyd call hateful and say they sent multiple emails (which they never did bc I would check spam and everything when I was on the phone with them). Theyd never apologize, theyd just always blame. Dana convinced me to become an S Corp which is great, but I asked her to let me know what the new protocols were, what I needed to do, what was due when and I always felt completely left in the dark. I have no idea what to do as an S Corp. They would do things without my permission then send me bills. They never worked out with me what was due when and what I could do vs them. They just did it and then billed me. I asked multiple times for them to quit doing that and let me know how I can mail In certain things like payroll. I have ZERO payroll so therefore a letter is just mailed in that says $0 and Danas office was charging me $70-85 to do that, when my partner who had OVER 20 employees was paying $80 for them to do their payroll. Nothing ever makes sense. Ive tried multiple times to communicate with them and would hear nothing from them until weeks or months later and they were always short, rude, and blamed me for whatever it was they were needing saying I never got back to them. I have sent them all of my records of times I tried contacting them. One time out of the blue someone in her office (literally a new person every single time someone would email me needing something, WHEN theyd get back to me, I had no idea who they were or what their title was at her office) sent me a hateful email when they hadnt responded to mine, saying I needed to pay this bill and how dare them act like theyd work for free for me and I should know.. Ive never NOT paid bills. All my bills were supposed to be auto paid as we verbally discussed that when I hired her. To make matters worse, I hired them and a Lawyer to change me to an LLC and to get a new EIN for me so I knew itd be done right. I didnt want to have any errors. I was getting MULTIPLE books and bills from the state and would pay them as necessary. Little did I know I had multiple accounts and they never got it all worked out properly. For over a year this happened. I had to go in person multiple times and get accounts and numbers worked out, trying to get Dana and her team to help fix the problems that shouldnt have happened. They helped and finally got it worked out. In 2020, I went to apply for a PPP loan for my business, had to call Dana to get numbers and approval for bank. They kept telling me I WAS USING THE WRONG NUMBERS AGAIN (the same numbers I spent multiple months and trips in person to offices I didnt want to be visiting, fixing the issue.). There is just so much and of course theyve never apologized about anything. I felt like they left me hanging and like they are very over worked and understaffed. I wish her well and know her future is bright if she gets rid of the staff members who made us feel in such a way I needed to leave this review publicly to warn others.

Dana goes out of her way to give you personalized attention and listen! She has done an amazing job at our taxes and always got us more than we planned. She is able to answer our questions quickly and is so knowledgeable! She is the best cpa I have ever worked with! Highly recommend!!!!

Ms Arth has been my CPA since 2014. She has done an outstanding job with both our personal and business accounts and taxes. She is up to date on tax laws and doesnt miss a thing. She is awesome.

I had a $10,000 false IRS infraction caused by a previous accountant that I used. I hired Dana because she came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to help me show that we had already proved that we did not owe the money. Dana jumped on it and spent countless hours on the phone with the IRS, providing them all the info they needed and getting the matter resolved, which my previous accountant refused to do. Dana is now our FAMILY ACCOUNTANT and has helped save me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!! Would highly recommend to anyone! -Cynda Rader
