Taxes were easy to coordinate, however, by not meeting in person, cost me $1600.00 more than was expected. Usually, my preparer would point out areas in which I could reallocate monies to lessen that amount. So, not too impressed.

Lost 10k in tax return. Then an additional bill for filing after deadline just to retaliate against my last review after being unhelpful.

Please focus on you and your staff's attention to detail and customer service. This year, our taxes were prepared incorrectly twice, the first time rejected by the IRS and the second time with a gross error caught by us: completely leaving off one person's income. Further, we went weeks without communication and had to initiate follow-up several times, which is frustrating when turning to human tax professionals for support. Finally, to top off the blatant disregard for customer relationships, we were denied a meeting to discuss our concerns and request for a refund due to all of the challenges and poor services rendered. I'm disappointed in our experience this year and sad to have to take my business elsewhere.

I sent them my daughters as well as our 2020 taxes as well as my 2021 taxes in April of 2021. After multiple emails with no responses & resending information that had previously been sent over & over I am quite shocked at what they see reasonable for the cost. As of today I have yet to receive my 2021 taxes. I spoke to Natalie who is the person I was directly connected with & had trouble receiving calls or emails back from. I spoke directly to Kyle who had no interest in addressing the issues & claimed what they charge was more than reasonable. I had also been in contact with the manager she was probably most helpful. My daughter has yet to receive her taxes. There was missing information on my taxes being the full social. Since I was paying for this service I requested that it be sent to me to mail. The documents were starred for all except the last 4 of our socials. My daughter sent hers to them again & it has been months with no return for 2022.
