Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co.

I'm on my second auto loan with Blue Ridge bank, and while they might be easy for the dealer to work with they will make your experience as bad as they can. Their insurance portal is a joke, they refuse to have any contact with your insurance agent. As I said this is my second loan, using the same insurance company, yet all I get is threats that they will buy insurance and make me pay extra because they cannot be bothered to check with the insurance they have on file. I have had to request new declarations from my insurer because they didn't like the format, or they didn't like the way something was or wasn't worded. It's a joke, and they put it all on you with threats of charging you more. Just be prepared to jump through all kinds of hoops to make them happy, and the entire time they will do nothing to help just keep sending demands. Do not recommend at all unless you have the free time to do all the extras that I have never been asked to do before. by any other lender.

Im starting a business so I came in to my bank that Ive been going to since I was young. I used to go to the one on 291 and I loved everyone there but for some reason they shut down so I started coming here. I came in to talk about opening a business account and was immediately treated terribly. Vicki Fisk was almost laughing at me when I was trying to explain to her what I wanted to do and when I was trying to ask her questions about what the next steps were to proceed in opening an account she acted like I was stupid, and did not try to help me. Her tone of voice with me was so rude I honestly cant even believe it just happened. Luckily I dont let miserable people like this effect me, but in case anyones looking for advice or help in the future, this is not the place to go. I cant believe someone this unprofessional is the manager. Update to the response from owner: Starting a business actually hasnt been frustrating its been great. What was frustrating was being talked to like a toddler in trouble by your management.

Literally worst bank Ive ever been apart of. Gave them several chances over 15+ years. Several new cards due to fraudulent charges, terrible customer service, refusing to give me refunds, etc. finally made the switch to community America. Seems like they actually care, and not only want to just take your money. This bank is a joke.
