        Pricing different than quoted in confirmation email. Too cumbersome to rent at Home Depot

        Pricing is inconsistent with what your reservation states. Trucks are not cleaned regularly since I found paperwork from February in my truck. Also I returned my truck and dropped the key in the drop box Saturday like I was told I could do and they did not check the truck in until Monday charging me for the extra time. I tried to dispute the charges and got thru around.

        Truck was completely empty from gas and they do not clean the trucks. There was cough drop wrappers all over the truck meaning whoever has rented had a cough and we have no way to know if they had covid-19.

        I would have given 5 stars but the customer service reps especially the man in the morning was pretty grumpy. The truck was clean and in good condition, but they are REALLY pricey. It cost me $150.00 for the deposit, and it takes a few days to get the refund back even though it was immediately taken out. The customer service reps need to learn how to smile more.
