I own a small moving company here in Kansas City. I use Penske exclusively for my additional moving truck needs! My personal Representitive Brock Mick is the liaison with Penske who handles all my needs when I need additional trucks. That's right a personal Representative! He goes the extra mile and with a name like Penske behind him he has allowed me to not only succeed but thrive in this business! I have even consulted with Brock on weekends and after hours. I can count on one hand how many times I have had to leave a message because he picks up the phone almost without fail! If I do get a cm its returned immediately! The trucks are always clean, ell maintained and ready to roll when I need them. For a business owner that is an amazing piece of mind to have!
The staff that backs backs Brock up and backs me up is an amazing group as well! THANK You Brock Mick and Penske! You make my life so much easier!
