They are hosting a duplicate site of our actual website. I have been trying to contact them for a year and they won't get back to me. May have to take legal action soon.

I have been trying to contact them for over a year about a duplicate website they are hosting which is confusing for our customers. They never answer phone calls, messages, or emails. Ridiculous!

Been trying to get them to release our domain for several months. We have worked with them for over a decade and now they will not return calls or emails for over 6 months. They have taken our site down and will not release the domain we paid for.

It's worth the wait, I met with a few website companies before deciding on Internet Builders. They had a short waiting list since they are in demand and extremely good at SEO which makes all the difference. The owner teaches online marketing for Google, Amazon, NAHB, CES and other national speaking engagements which is an asset none of the other website companies had. Getting a website is easy, getting a website on page 1 of Google is why I hired these guys. It worked, we have been page 1 for the majority of our search terms since the launch of our new site and social marketing.
