Whatever Trailer Park Spectrum Mobile Customer Service hired Nikki out of, they need to send her Unprofessional behind back to it. She was No help at all in assisting my husband with his issue of not receiving a charger with the Samsung cellphone Spectrum sent him. She was Extremely condescending. Eventually we asked for a supervisor who helped my husband resolve his issue. The supervisor was obviously more intelligent than Trailer park Nikki !

Took forever to set up, difficult to troubleshoot, difficult to cancel services. And then they charged me for an extra month because I cancelled on the 10th of the month and the billing cycle started on the 9th. I got charged a whole month, no prorated amount. So if switching service you have to time it exactly so the new service starts as your old service is ending. Just poor customer service overall. Glad we switched to Google Fiber.

If you are not familiar with the ACP program, it is a government assistance and subsidy program that was started in the same time line as the SAFHR and stimulus programs back in 2020. The ACP or Affordable Connectivity Program made it possible to provide government cell phones, discounted laptops and tablets and lower priced internet services to millions of people affected by the COVID pandemic. This program is set to lose its funding by April of 2024 and it just occurred to me why the program is leaving after only a few short years. You see, I was in a internet service area that was blacked out to other internet providers and as such the only provider, Spectrum, showed itself as an ad and offered this really good deal to me and the others in this area.. They offered me an internet service plan that was $29.88 plus the cost of the router for their basic lowest upload speed of 100mps. I was only paying a total of $39.00 for my internet and it was at no contract and no other fees were to be added to it as long as i kept the router. . I got the plan in the summer of 2021. Fast forward to the fall of 2023 and me, along with millions of other people started feeling the design of everything increasing in price and nothing going up in our paychecks so i could not pay my internet bill for 3 months. The insensitivity of Spectrum however to jump in at just that time to offer me the availability of the ACP program, but they offered it to me while my service was suspended even though it was available to me the whole time before that. They made up this rule that if your service is diconnected then you lose whatever discount you had, but i was not told my service was discounted. I had the lowest upload speed and therefore the price that it was worth. There was no discount, but somehow now after I get the bill paid they magically "lose" the service plan i'm on and gouge me for some made up upload speed, then charge me $55.00 so I don't even get the benefit of using the ACP funds that i signed up for. They raised the price of my internet I can't tell how fast or slow it is or what the upload speed is this is something only they can tell. For all I know I have the exact same speed and nothing is changed. But they are stealing the money from the ACP program so that customers who sign up for it get NO BENEFIT. They raised the price of my internet to $55.00 so that I have absolutely nothing and they still get to gouge me. is this fair? Is this the type of company business model they have that they would steal government funds from the customers who need it just so they can lie to us? This is how i know the Spectrum is lying to customers. Why was the program not offered to me prior to me getting my service shut off? Why was the upload speed called a 'discount; if it was the lowest speed available? Why did the upload speed change only after I signed up for the government assisted funding? This company is deceptive and stealing the government money from customers who were using their service loyally for 2 years and I know I am not the only one. FRAUDULENT GREEDY COMPANY WITH NOTHING TO OFFER BUT DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND DISGUSTING IDIOTS WHO WORK THERE WITH NO ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. THIS SHOULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT #SPECTRUMCROOKS #51BILLIONDISSATISFIEDCUSTOMERS #PRICEGOUGINGTHIEVES
