Verizon Authorized Retailer - Wireless Zone - CLOSED

I can't believe this place is still open!! Bob and his staff are scams,they will lie to you and NOT.follow corporate policy. It took me 6 months to correct my bill after he lied and scammed me. There is a Verizon corporate store 1/4 mile to the east, I suggest using the corporate store!!!!

I have been in there many times and everyone there that I have dealt with have been super friendly and knowledgeable. They have all taken there time and answered any and every question I could possibly think of. If they didn't know the answer they would find it and let me know. I would highly recommend this place!!

Love this store! It's privately owned, and Bob and Jason know EVERYTHING about what they sell. They also remember ME, and how I use my phone and what phones and plans are right for ME. You just can't get that from the corporate stores. I even have these guys in my contact list and they know me when I call for help! They make sure that all my devices work correctly with my phone, e.g. laptop, and go above and beyond to train me and troubleshoot any problems I have in learning new technologies related to my new phones. LOVE THEM!!
