Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center

I was at the Sheraton at KC Crown Plaza only for a large, packed house breakfast hosted by a big charitable organization. Table service was at the elegant level. I could hear and see the presentations extremely well. Plenty of lobby & garage parking space. Food uncommonly tasty, Mediterranean-type plate. I did not have an overnight or room.

Stayed here for two nights hotel is fairly decent. The gym could use a makeover with new equipment. Some of the staff members were not very friendly. Was checking out this morning and there was nobody at the front desk for a good 10 to 15 minutes if not longer prior to me getting there so I walked to the back and they were two women in the back just sitting on their phones I said good morning 2-3 times nobody responded to me. It wasnt until I really raised my voice and one of the woman told the other to go help me upfront, she didnt greet me she didnt say anything at all but she had an attitude like she was upset that I wanted to check out and pay my room bill. I find that very unprofessional she couldve at least said my apologies good morning how can I help you but instead, she just gave me a dead stare. The staff in the restaurant were extremely nice though highlight of my stay!!! Rooms: Rooms are clean

Employees b pushing food cart didnt slow down when he saw me, I missed 2 steps and tripped and twisted my ankle. Employees around were RUDE. Do not recommend this place.
