I have been working for this company for over a year this time. I had worked for them years ago and went back to them. I have been treated pretty well for the most part. I have great clients I work with which makes my job even more enjoyable. Are there issues at times? Yes, but that is with any company. When issues arise I normally get it resolved with one phone call, but if not we work together to get it resolved. I just wish we could get more clients so those of us caregivers that have hours available could provide them with great services. Overall, I like this company and plan to stay with them for as long as possible.

I've been with the agency for a year now and through some changes since then but I have to say that I'm amazed at the work that the agency does to keep people living safely in their homes! The pay and benefits are excellent and I've always gotten answers for my questions when I've had them. If you need great caregivers, this is a great agency.

We are currently a client at help at home, but Im sure for not much longer. Lots of no call no shows on the staffs end, and then we do not hear from the company until we reach out and start to ask questions overall it boils down to the office staff lacking communication between clients and their field employees. I wouldnt work here or use them as your agency.
