From the very first phone call to the office staff: they were warmly engaging and knew who was on my fathers care team. As well as, taking my information so his nurse could call and communicate dad’s plan of care. I then, on the same day, received a call from his nurse indicating the day and approximate time of visit with a rough draft of her care plan. (As she has not yet seen the severity of my Fathers needs just yet)
I was extremely impressed by her Proficiency with the intake process and her caring demeanor. But when she began wound care on my fathers (15+ years with an extreme case diagnosis of HS) this is where professionalism and the love of her career began to soar. I don’t know if it is the caring nurses home health company or we just got lucky with Stephanie, but I could not be happier with our experience. Stephanie did not only treat the patient she is treating the entire family by teaching me how to help dad. No doctor, no nurse, no medical professional has ever giving us this type of total care and I will be forever grateful. There is no doubt that Stephanie cares for her patients like no other, truly loves her career and works very hard to get the patient back to a healthy and happy life.
