        If you need a personal assistant GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Elara caring is terrible. People don't show up, don't call, don't follow very simple directions. This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. I have had care givers call two hours after their start time claiming they were "lost" or over slept on four separate occasions. If you are needing their service for a loved one, call someone else.
