Just left the store with my 5 year old daughter who had to experience a rude cashier at the register who was holding up a line with 5 customers behind us because she insisted on explaining to me that 1 of the feminine hygiene products that was on clearance for $4.34 (Summers Eve w/20% more in the container which is really rare) wasn't ringing up in the system and technically she COULDN'T sell me the item BUT had tung me up for the discounted price after explaining SEVERAL time's that she WASN'T even supposed to sell the item because it wouldn't scan (meaning the item would not be accounted for like a stolen item BUT "PAID FOR"). So when I told her "Why are we doing all this 'tongue ration' if YOU already rung the item up for the clearance price and holding the line up?" The cashier (Jennifer-who PROUDLY gave her name knowing I was going to do a Google Review AND Corporate would see it IMMEDIATELY) then decided NOT to sell me the item because I questioned why she was holding up the line to explain that only to have already rung it up. Upon leaving I informed "Jennifer" (the cashier that I'd be doing a Google review which the Corporate office would IMMEDIATELY see) and she didn't care because my knowledge in cashier and customer service offended her in some way. Even my daughter said while approaching our vehicle that "That lady was rude and mean!!" I said "I know baby. I'm about to do a Google Review and their Corporate Office will get it." She was relieved and DOESN'T want to come back to THIS particular Walgreens location!! I do ALL my business with CVS on Waldo (directly across the street). The pharmacy is trash too!! They pick up and hang up when you're holding and are the next caller in line!!

When the Pharmacist go on break they should put a sign out stating theyre on break and will be back shortly. Not a sign that says they need pharmacist, not taking orders, online orders under state regulations. You wouldve thought they was shut down.

I am so impressed with this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am aware of the challenges their industry is going through. These employees have all risen above and continue to provide exceptional customer service.
Yesterday, I got my vaccinations. The pharmacist (Pheonna) who administered them was genuinely kind and charming. I can't say enough.
