I have Been calling there since the pharmacy opened so now Im trying to figure out why is the lady answering the phone but dont know how to transfer a call to the pharmacy makes no since so instead of her going to ask someone how do you transfer a call she just leaves you on hold which is rude tells you to call back the call back is routed to the same dummy so I guess Walgreens have to hire who they and she dont have the pharmacy number and she is lying to folks to get them off the phone and leaving them on hold

Dont go here. Scheduled a rapid Covid just so they could tell me we are out. They stated that they were going to call me but for some reason, didnt. They did not give a reason why even though they had multiple forms of communication to reach me by
