On the contrary, I've received excellent service (they even let me use their phone when I forgot mine) they got me in to see a banker right away without an appointment and asked if there was anything else I needed. I'd recommend them to anyone. Oh, and I wire funds monthly to my fiance in Nairobi, Kenya. They processed the transaction quickly and efficiently, even though I didn't have my paperwork and performed the previous transaction at another branch. I'm using them exclusively until I leave for Nairobi at the end of October 2023. I can even do my banking with a Bank of America affiliate in Nairobi!

Bank of America has frozen me account and will not allow me access to my money. They state the Risk department put a hold on the account for 180 days. They will not even allow me to transfer the money to another account. Bank of America has stolen my money. Id give 0 stars if I could.

One thing that drives me up a wall is when you walk in, wait forever and see ppl that work there standing around doing nothing but shop talk.
