I had a poor experience here with a previous branch mgr and banker. But today, Levi went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, knew my options, and thankd for my biz. Best ever

This financial institution cannot keep track of a death certificate provided to them in October 2023 at the N. OAK & BARRY ROAD LOCATION IN KANSAS CITY, MO. I am flabbergasted! In trying to get my late father's affairs tied up as well as taking care of my 88 y.o handicapped mother's affairs before it is too late, the two people who took the death certificate straight out of my hands in October 2023 have no record of it. The senior banker, Claudia, even wrote on a sticky note, that, when I brought my mother back in with the attorney's paperwork, no death certificate was needed and I still had that sticky note Three employees were looking for it in their computer system to no avail. I was not happy as it is a lot of work to get my mother in and out of this particular location as it is not handicapped friendly. After looking for 30 minutes, I was told that death certificates are kept digitally and deleted for security purposes at a later date. NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT IN OCTOBER 2023 or BEFORE THE SEARCH BEGAN!!!! WHY? I had to make another appointment, have to get my mother there once again, and look for something in a website all due to TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. Not once were we told "I Apologize for your inconvenience" or "We made an error". OWN UP, DON'T MAKE SOMETHING UP. As soon as I can arrange another institution, we will be leaving this branch and BOA totally. My parents have been customers for 30+ years!! NEVER WOULD I CONDUCT BUSINESS AT BOA, if I were you, at least at this location. NORTH OAK AND BARRY ROAD IN K.C., MO!!
If they can't keep track of this document, what are they doing with my mom's money?
