The new manager there is so awesome. She goes above and beyond when so many now days dont. Thank you ma'am for all of your help that you did for us.

To much trouble. Police are always there for something. Management lis awful. HRM is the worst. They totally ignore the residents. Maintenance is non existing. The apartments are nice as they are new.

They are a year old so everything is new and really nice, and they thought of even little details like, the faucets, the kitchen faucet head comes off and is your sprayer, garbage disposal, door handles, cabinets, cabinet and drawer handles, ice maker, etc...its just really nice, they didn't forget anything in these apartments. I'm not sure if the sliding glass door has a screen, I meant to look, but I forgot. If it doesn't, which that will surprise me, that will probably be the only thing they forgot:) The office manager, Makayla, is so awesome and from day one, she treated me with kindness, respect, very professional, but also just a total sweetheart at the same time. I'm looking forward to her being my manager:) I couldn't be more excited to move in! One more thing, I think you can tell from the photo's, they are HUGE! I've lived in a lot of apartments, but I've never lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath this big. Nice sizes on every room, even the utility room is nice size.
