Poor communication
To much turnover as far as office managers.
Main breaker in my apartment would kick out for no reason. When asked I was told that it had something to do with the ground wire for the solar panels. For example 13 times in one day. Mostly in the summer time.
main gates constantly breaking down.
This was my experiences the two years I live there.
