Needed to rent a truck and they had none available.

Was wanting g to rent a trailer. When I got there a very rude employee stated that they they were only taking reservations, didn't you see the sign? Sign was hand written and placed up high on the window. I made a reservation and went back. Rude employee said didn't I already see you and tell you only walking. I admitted he did and stated I had a reservation. Ended up canceling reservation. One of the rudest people I have experienced.

I was given a different vehicle than what i reserved, it cost more than the vehicle I reserved. The manager did nothing to help, I paid more for a vehicle I didn't want or felt comfortable driving. I said something to the associate and manager but was ignored, I towed a car 50 miles and I was charged $150. I will never use Uhaul again!

They never have the equipment you reserve. Also, the truck was disgusting.

Maintenance on the trucks is horrible. The check engine light came on, was told "ya that happens". The steering was so loose I am positive the linkage and the tie rods are broken. You shouldn't have 45% of play in the steering wheel. Also when I am doing an online check in and whatever, shouldn't all my rental equipment be in the truck already? The truck was dirty, hadn't been swept, had trash in the cab, and it was all sticky.
