        Can I just say WOW! An employee named Lauren was in office right as it was about to close and I had forgotten to check to see what time the facility closed its office. I was having a nightmare of a day trying to find a moving company in time and coordinate with my movers. Lauren was so thoughtful patient, and understanding that when you're moving sometimes plans go arry. I was able to secure a unit here last minute and cannot be more pleased with such exemplary customer service
