On Thursday about 9am, I rented a unit online from the Columbia, Missouri Paris Road location. At about 6 pm, my wife and I put a bedroom set, a few tables, other small items and a box of genealogy papers in the unit. We put the lock supplied and a personal lock on the unit. Friday about 6 pm, I took another load of items to the unit. I immediately noticed that both locks were gone. Upon opening the unit, I could tell someone had been in the unit. Items had been moved and the box of genealogy was gone. I called your office and talked to someone about the incident. I also called the police. Saturday, I moved out. Upon inspection of the location, I found that the west fence is cut so people could come and go as they please. See attached picture. Up to now no one has communicated with me about the incident other than a text saying here is the paper work. Either someone was watching the location or it was an inside job. Just got contacted by them. They said they had someone going out and working on the fence today. They also reimbursed my money. I added a star due to this development.

Quick response easy access and I like being able to open the gate with my phone and get notifications when it is opened and closed
