This is thee most ableist and demeaning pharmacy I have ever been to. I went to the drive thru portion to get my rx, obviously Im using the drive thru portion for a reason. The pharm tech could not find my rx, I called the Dr while she was looking, dr confirmed she sent it and that theyd accepted it. Instead of helping me she said youre going to have to come inside. YOURE HOLDING UP MY LINE. Never mind that Id been there maybe 2 minutes, 1 car had just pulled up , and I myself waited over ten minutes for 1 car. She was rude, entitled, and could not care less about helping me. Only getting me out of her line. Unbelievable. Disgusting. Do not go here if youre anything other than perfect, the pharm tech has no time for you. She wouldnt even ask the pharmacist, she felt it appropriate to speak to a pt in a way that not only blamed me, for a script that was literally there, but then assumed it was as simple as me walking in the building- something NOT simple at all for me. She did not and does not care. Would not recommend unless its a last resort.
