        Worst experience Ive ever had with a bank. Went to redeem some coins for cash (Not the shortest, but definitely the simplest transaction a bank could have, right?) It was only around $10, mostly in Pennies, that I had in my car. First was told they dont redeem change for cash unless its rolled. So, I took the time to count all of the change and attempted to roll the coins. Then the story changed and I was told they cant redeem coins if you dont have an account at their branch. Wasted my time & energy.

      We're sorry our communication was so poor. In the future, you can come to the Downtown Bank at 8th and Broadway where we have a coin counting machine. It's very easy to use.
