The Falls of Columbia

My husband and I came to tour the falls and we were highly impress with how nice we were treated and will be moving in here soon! We can't wait to be apart of the Falls.

2023: Marrisa has truly turned this place around! The community is looking good, new safety and security measures have been taken to ensure our families in the community remain safe. The holidays have been wonderful in the community with lots of participation and support! This is why I moved here. The manager treats you like family and this is definitely a family style community where all of our children in the neighborhood play together. Love it here still. 2022: Ryan and Mike did a wonderful job of making me feel safe and secure! They checked on my issues and fixed everything in a timely manner! 2020: Luke was amazing at getting us all set up! With moving to a new City things could have been very stressful, I appreciate the community and all that it offers! Very Spacious... quiet, beautiful place for families! This place really takes pride in the way it is represented! Excellent location! Thank you for having us.
