I had such an amazing experience living at Ashley Ridge. I lived there for almost 5 years. The place is very clean and quiet. The staff were professional, friendly and caring. They were very accommodating to extending my lease for 6 more months. Request for maintenance were timely attended. I would recommend it for graduate and professional students at Mizzou

I had a wonderful experience living here. We lived here for 3 years. The family that runs Ashley Ridge is kind, responsive and very attentive. They made us feel right at home. Any maintenance requests were handled in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this place for graduate/professional students or medical residents looking to be within walking distance of the Hospital or University. This is a much quieter setting than other nearby apartments which have a heavier undergraduate presence.

Owners are so nice! The place is a little outdated but affordable for how close it is to campus. I'm not sure why the other reviewer said that the staff are hostile towards renters... I've only ever had a positive experience with them. They really care about their tenants.

I recommend this place to graduate students in particular because it is quite and within walking distance of campus. The furnishings are excellent, and includes things often overlooked in other apartments of similar cost such as; new carpets, high quality windows and proper insulation (helps with both sound and temperature), and appliances like washer, dryer, garbage disposal etc. I think all maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours. The maintenance guy, Kenny, is very personable and kind doing things like putting my packages in my apartment, asking when would be a good time to do something loud like lawn care incase I am studying, clearing ice/snow from the parking lot immediately, coming at odd hours to give me keys because I locked my self out etc. Overall living here has mitigated stresses that other people in my program have to deal with i.e. commuting, noise, inflexible lease policies, needing a laundry matt, high heating and cooling bills, and poor water pressure to name a few. After 4 years, I am very grateful I choose to live here.
