The Landing at CoMo

***SQUATTERS LIVING IN MY DAUGHTERS APARTMENT*** My daughter was randomly assigned two other roommates who ended up violating their leasing contract in multiple ways. My daughter documented the violations with pictures and reported them to the leasing management. Unfortunately, the leasing management did not address these issues and my daughter and her friend had to move out due to the poor living conditions. Skip to 3 months after moving out and my daughter stops by the apartment to check on her room and finds there are squatters living in her room and sleeping in her bed!! In addition, she finds that the roommates had broken into her friends room and had been storing their trash in it. We called the police and pressed trespassing charges on the squatters (friends of the trashy roommates). I tried to speak with the leasing manager (Sarah), however; she had no interest in rectifying the issue. She said it was my daughters responsibility in making sure there were no violations in the apartment and random squatters living in her room. The Landing at COMO does NOTHING to make sure your kids are safe and roommates arent violating the leasing contract. I wanted my daughter to have an amazing college experience, however; this apartment complex has managed to ruin her freshman year experience. PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS LIVE HERE!

Why does the entire apartment Wi-Fi go out for 24+ hours AT LEAST every month??? Im a student I have tests I need to take and I also need Wi-Fi for work. Every month Im left scrambling trying to find private spaces with WiFi for zooms when I should be able to use the WiFi Im paying for in my lease.

Since the renovations, living here is like having no walls. You can hear everyones conversation and its a problem.

The staff was so helpful and knew the answer to every question I had. The price is also great for how modern the units are!

The staff helped me to figure out the best options and gave accommodations when necessary, plus the apartments are newly renovated and very nice for the offered price.
