I lived here for a year, and recently moved out in Aug. 2018. I moved in when it was under a different owner and different property management, and when I moved in a lot of stuff was messed up but it was all recorded by the old owner. Half way through the lease, a new owner bought the complex and it went under new management by Weichert, and her name was Lori. It was never really announced that new management was taking over. New management was very unprofessional, I would email in a more formal setting, good morning/good afternoon thank you etc. most of her responses where short hand text, no greeting, very informal like she was talking to a friend. Fast forward to May: I got married to someone in the military. I formally asked Lori if we could talk, I was wanting to break my lease a month early to move across the country. I was basically told that the owner would not agree with it, and after multiple times of asking for the owners contact information, I was plainly ignored. It wasnt a huge deal but I feel like that information should be provided to you regardless of the situation. Especially for a tentant that maintained the apartment really well and always made payments on time. I stayed in my lease, and at the end of it, it was like pulling teeth to get information about my deposit, and she emailed me asking how much I had paid for my deposit, I told her $350, and then two weeks later she told me I only had paid $150 for my deposit which it is not only written on the lease that I paid $350 but also in the online portal. Move out time: people who worked for the property threw stuff away that I had sitting in the grass while I was inside. I asked Lori to write my new married name on my check and she ended up putting my maiden name on it, so then I had issues depositing it with military banking. She got a pretty condescending tone with me when we were moving out as well regarding us putting some furniture on the curb while we were moving out (we fully intended on getting rid of it, it was well before our lease was up). I loved the apartment, loved the online portal and how utilities were included and each lease was individual, however since theyre getting rid of that and how unprofessional everyone was, I would never recommend this place like I had done before.
