I am a current resident. The property changed management earlier this year, since the new management came in, property maintenance work becomes limited to emergency only. if you have any maintenance issue in your apartment, it will take months and months to fix stuff. If you don't believe I can provide all email communications evidence, begging manager to fix multiple broken items in my unit. for example, last year my dish washer broken, it took them 3 months to replace it. my bathtub clogged, it took them 2.5 week to unclogged it with only pouring a drain cleaner. Maintenance request work was slow last year. This year under new management, they would only address emergency maintenance, all other maintenance requests are completely ignored. i can also provide evidence to this statement. If you thinking about moving here because the rent is a little bit cheaper, I urge you to think twice. I am planning to move out as soon as my lease expire.

Wasn't allowed to tour any of the units before signing a lease, which should've been my first red flag. Unit had noticable water damage from the time I moved in, which the office was aware of. During the 3 months I lived there the water damage only grew worse and spread throughout the rest of the unit. Furthermore, the area gets sketchy at night time and before I had left some cars had been broken into. The management staff was however pleasent to work with and would send plumbers out to the unit everytime I brought up that the problem/mold was never actually fixed or addressed, and agreed to let me break my lease significantly early. The office staff is this place's only saving grace.

These people stole my package signed for it and all and lied and said it wasnt delivered. They will steal anything DO NOT MOVE HERE
