Hertz Car Rental - Clayton - South Bemiston HLE

Trash got here right at 11am and no one is here even tho they said pull up by 11:30 am this messing up my trip

I had a reservation for Saturday pick up in Clayton got there found out that Clayton office was closed. All phone numbers routed me back to nobody worst service Ive ever seen.

They really help me out when I needed my car repaired the repair to longer then expected had to pay out of pocket when the insurance no longer would cover the continued rental they were very accommodating the reason for 4stars is because they never anwer the phone for the extention had to go up there everytime which was inconvenient for me having to ask my job to leave early for that but other then that I really recommend them to everyone I know who needs a rental

Problems upon problems with this branch. If your insurance recommends hertz, please go with enterprise. I called them 20x beforehand to tell them I dropped the car off at the collision center at the time of my pickup for my fixed car. No one ever answered. When I went into hertz, everyone was sitting down having a great time. I was the only customer. I really don't understand how they get business. I also have all these charges of extra days that should have been solidified prior. They "claimed" that they reached out to my insurance agent, but they never answer the phone, so I sincerely doubt that. The manager and a black guy up there were helpful last time I had some issues, but the white guy with glasses I got this time was lazy, and you could tell he didn't want to be there. I need for managers to not pick just anyone to work, because I'm sure alot of business has been lost because of these lazy employees.
