Car assigned to me had expired license plates. Branch provided a free upgrade. The upgrade's air conditioner did not work nothing blowing out the vents on hot days. Branch office gave $30 off the rental for the inconvenience.

Not a very honest establishment to rent from. My advice is to take your own pictures when you first get the rental car AND when you drop off otherwise they will try to pin any previous damage on you - there are other reviews for this location mentioning the same. There was a destroyed seat belt in the back middle seat of my rental which they have no record of but it was that way whenever I received the vehicle. They are claiming I had a dog in the vehicle because they found some pet hair and "the dog must have chewed the seat belt" (I never had my dog in the vehicle. There was some pet hair in the car because I had this rental for 3 months - of course some pet hair came off of my belongings during the time I had the rental). And conveniently enough, no one who I worked with when I got placed in this rental 3 months ago works at this location anymore. Unfortunately I did not take pictures when I got my rental and had to drive back up to this location to get my own after photos so I can dispute this with the claims department. If I actually caused this damage I would have no issue owning up and paying for it but I won't be paying for damage that was not caused by me.
