Kenney Arnold: Allstate Insurance

Why can I never get a hold of anybody? There have been other times in the past I've called and gotten nobody. My insurance cards are both "expired" yet paid and unavailable for me to look at, even the temporary ones. If I get pulled over or in an accident (not that it happens) I can not show my information. Also, my policy keeps fluctuating. My auto and my home insurance both have this year and I'm unsure on why either have actually changed. No one has notified me on why. Changing my home insurance caused problems with my mortgage company that I had to go in and figure out for whatever reason. It also made my house payment go up for awhile. Dropped back down, but not to the original price I was paying from the start. I need my insurance cards, app will not let me look at the temp ones (which, I've never had temp ones). Emailing my information would do me a solid. Or mailing out my insurance cards before they expire.
