We called Mark at Jackson Heat and Air as our Ac stopped working and we were desperate but it seemed that everyone could not get to us for weeks and their prices were so high. Mark came out and was very patient and explained what was available and went to great lengths to get our new system by the end of the week. Thank God for sending Mark the owner of Jackson Heat and Air for your concern , hard work and honesty we can say enough good things about this man.

Mark was great! He got us scheduled in quickly, resolved some equipment availability issues, showed up when he said he would, did quality work, and was great to discuss the pros/cons of various options with.

We needed a new HVAC system. We received 6 estimates and Jacksons Heating & Cooling was far superior- not just in pricing, but it was very thorough so we knew the equipment was better too! There was no question as to what we were getting. Mark answered all of our questions and did an excellent job recommending what was best for us and explaining why it was best for us! He clearly communicated with us and worked hard. He tackled the job without taking any shortcuts and made us very happy! We would use him again without hesitating!! Mark Jackson is extremely knowledgeable and the person to call for all you HVAC needs. He takes the time to inspect your system and offer you solutions tailored to meet your needs. He inspected my system and found leaks causing me many issues in my home. Other HVAC sales people had come to my home and missed all the issues - instead they came with an intended sales plan without ever inspecting my system. Mark installed an air cleaner in my duct work which resulted in a huge improvement in my air quality. I am extremely happy with the services Mark provides and trust his recommendations!
