    Well let me first start off by saying that the job was completed and they did clear a mainline so that is was open and flowing. They also showed up on January 9th when we had a terrible snow and the weather was cold. That is why they are getting a 3 star review. Now let me tell you why they are only getting a 3 star review. First of all they charge $650 for the first hour and $150 each additional; which is fine. However the guy that showed up spent at least 20 minutes of his time in his truck drinking coffee while his tank filled up. That was considered part of the time. He also had to let the tank fill up a second time to the tune of about 10 minutes; which also was counted. The worst part however was the fact that they knew the job they were doing and what it entailed. One of the first things he told me was that it would definitely be messy. He had nothing with him as far as plastic, tarps, anything to go around the drain hole where he was working, and worst of all no towels of any sort. I was left to do almost 100% of the cleaning and clean up while he was hydrojetting the line. There was water and black sludge from the line everywhere. I started with 4 full size towels. Those were completely soaked within 5-10 minutes. I had to go and get the only other 3 full size towels I had available along with 8 hand towels. When he was finished I had to throw away all 15 towels because they were so disgusting. Along with the fact that he actually spent about 30 minutes of actual work time. I don't mind paying for the job, but I don't think that I should be charged for time where he is sitting in his trunk, or waiting for his tank to fill, or the little bit of clean up he attempted to do. I also can't believe that they would show up without proper masking, tarps, and cleaning supplies, and it definitely should have been a 2 person job or else I should have at least been only charged for the first hour since I was working as hard or harder on cleaning while he was clearing the drain. At the end of the day I was happy the they showed up and the line was clear, but I would definitely call a different company if I ever need the service again, and maybe ask if they bring proper protective plastic and cleaning supplies.

    We used this company through our Home Warranty. They came out to clear a clogged sewer line and stated that if it happened again, they would jet the line because they felt there was a lot of sludge in the line. Shortly after the first service call, they came out again with the same issue and when we brought up jetting the line, they wouldn't do it. A 3rd service call was needed again and they still wouldn't jet the line. On a 4th service call they finally jetted the line and said if it happened again, they would run a camera down the line to see if there were additional issues. We used our washer 2 days after their service call and it backed up again. When they were assigned again to do the service, they offered an appointment available the next day until we reminded them about putting a camera down the line, and that's when they backed out of the service call and told us they couldn't video the line on our service call. This company doesn't do what they promise and don't want to follow up when their work didn't resolve the issue. They say one thing and do another. They don't back their work.
