We had a complex plumbing issue that impacted our water pressure that had been misdiagnosed by two prior plumbing companies. I called Superior Plumbing based on the reviews on Google, and Im so glad that I did. Although they had not done work for us in the past, they nevertheless made us a priority and were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly in the middle of the holiday season. Their customer service, technicians, expertise, quality of work, and pricing are by far the best Ive encountered in Kansas City.

We had a sewer gas smell coming from a basement bathroom and Lee came out and worked on the tub drain finding a large hairball as well as did a total reconstruction on our toilet. After removing the toilet to reset it, he found that the flange was too low, broken and had nothing to hold onto. He spent the necessary time to get the job done right and caulked it for "safe keeping." Professional and perfect service. Thanks Superior! Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning
