LET ME TELL YOU! This is the best employee I have ever met! Rebecca was so knowledgeable and sweet!! She gave my husband and I a tutorial of how to hook the car dolley to the rental truck for our move to Canada. And two days later we came back to get help hooking our car to the dolley. And we were beyond grateful that it was Rebecca again! She helped us hook up the car, showed us how to unhook it and answered all of our questions with patience! She even backed up the moving truck and dolley for my husband when he got it in a sticky position. This woman is amazing and deserves all the praises and raises we and her boss can give her. SHOUT OUT TO REBECCA IN PASCAGOULA!! Ill forever recommend the Pascagoula Shorcut location to everyone!!!

Owner is a joke. 3 people in line and he has to go take a 10 minute dump. He finally gets off the pot then rings my order up wrong, then enters my email wrong, then states he cannot print a receipt. After 2 failed attempts to email receipt he finally printed my receipt, so he is also a liar. 30 minutes to buy 7 bundles of boxes. Ringing up orders, entering emails, & printing receipts should not be that complicated. Unfortunately the owner is not mentally equipped to handle these menial task.
