        I would have lost everything if this UHAUL was not available, cleaner than any other business property I've ever seen. Secure your belongings here, it is safe. The manager is polite, the last time I spoke to him. Standing on shakey ground in diyer straights, happens to many of us. Relief from a temporary burden? U can find it here on MARKET STREET, PASCAGOULA, MS. HOWIE E. HAWKS, R.H.K., saying thank you!

        The manager of this shop took a payment for me over the phone for a storage unit once and charged me twice. He claimed it was a debit card hold, but the debit card company assured me and mailed me documentation to prove that there were two separate charges and was no hold. I was out of town on a job and this mistake left me without the funds to pay my hotel rent for the upcoming week. I had to borrow from a coworker and this manager stubbornly refused to correct his mistake. I will never trust this shop with my account info again. Edit: a friend of mine rented a tow dolly from a Mobile, Alabama location and was double charged. The management has stubbornly refused to correct this mistake. Coincidence or a pattern with U-haul?
