U-Haul Storage of Gulfport

Poor communication! I reserved online and ask for a utility Dolly. When i arrived they then told me that they did not have any. So I had to purchase two sets of work gloves for the movers to move the large appliances. Felt like I should have been made aware that they didn't have any so that i could have located one. Only had truck for less than 3hrs. Was very disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The service and maintenance team at this location is exceptional. They went above and beyond the help me, and their professionalism and courtesy is top notch.

Moving is stressful enough, but to make a reservation a week ahead, verify it the day before, only to get there and be told that we could not get our trailer as the lot was full of trucks and there was no one to move the trucks blocking the trailer. We were closing the next morning and we had to find storage for our belongings! Horrible treatment. There were no other trailers in the area. Do not use this location!! They didn't care at all about the predicament they left us in. They do not deserve even 1 star.

I'm a Long haul truck driver most of these U-Haul will not accommodate the drivers this facility here is the U-Box Warehouse is run by a young lady by the name of Stephanie McLane most definitely U-Haul needs to recognize her for her ability to go above and beyond her job very accommodating the best place I've ever been in the 10 years I have been driving truck most definitely sometimes the U-Haul employees forget about how difficult it is for us drivers out here on the road and what the consequences are of not rearranging or moving one or two boxes to accommodate the route at the other end but this young lady completely understands and went way above and beyond her job descriptions nothing but kudos for her corporate U-Haul you need to pay attention and model all your warehousing after this young lady
