Low Price Match Policy: Ive never asked for a price match at Home Depot until today. I was interested in buying a Dewalt Hedge Trimmer. $159 was their price however multiple other Sites had it for $129. Sparing the details I went through 4 employees before the shift manager was brought out to assist me. The price match was finally given, but its obvious theyve lacked training or, maybe this was their training (to push back on the customer). One employee didnt know they had a policy, one said that it didnt apply to that hedger, one told me that Amazon isnt a store, and the Customer Service lead said they only price match Lowes! Besides the last two employees being completely condescending, the shift manager seemed to have taken offense when I stated they should train their employees; he was very unapologetic. Tempted to ask cooperate if this is their intent?

I previously praised this store, but I must now lower my rating to 4 stars, solely due to disappointing bathroom conditions. It was the worst Ive encountered in a long timeunpleasant odors and scattered paper on the floors. Despite having a photo, I choose not to share it. Its evident that cleaning hasnt been a priority lately. While my experience was in the mens room, my wife confirmed the ladies room was equally bad or worse. I believe businesses should be evaluated based on their restroom upkeep, reflecting on their commitment to their job and establishment. This situation should be a source of concern for those in charge.
