I did a online order and when I arrived to pick the pizza up I was told my order didn't go through because there system was down .

Worked for this company for 10 years and I was really disappointed. Food was made quickly. Cool. Husband got it back to the hotel and the cheese sticks hardly had any cheese on them. It was all piled in the middle and not spread out. So he took them found. Found 3 employees sitting on their phones. One girl came over and said its made to spec and walked back over to sit on her phone. My husband had to ask her to come back, and then had to purchase a second set of cheese sticks and get charged for extra cheese just so we could have normal cheese sticks. Sad to see such a great pizza company fall so far from grace. Starting to see why hundreds of stores were shut down around the country.
