I just ordered the new york pizza. It was so thin it was like cheese was added to a piece of card stock...cardboard is thicker. It was dry and crusty. One piece was so thin it had a hole in in. Do not recommend!!!

Food was good, but staff barely acknowledged me, and I didn't know if the one person I saw was gonna help me or not. Shet continued moving boxes around and finally came to assist me. She wasn't rude in anything she said, but I did feel like she wasn't overly concerned with helping me.

Oh my goodness. I just had the best customer experience with this Pizza Hut restaurant (in Mendenhall) today! I had an issue with an order late last night. Spoke to the manager just now and she was so apologetic and immediately gave me about 4-ways that she would offer to make it right. And she explained to me how she was going to make sue it didn't happen to anyone else. I'll be her regular customer after this. She should be rewarded for going above and beyond the call of duty.
