Being that we live in a small town there arent many options. This order was one of my worse. First my pizza order was wrong and when I called about it they were out of personal pans and due to the holidays I understood. Then after finishing my pizza I notice my cheese sticks were very hard were I could barely eat them. Ive had issues in the past and always just say something to the guy that works there (who by the way is very nice and professional) but last night he was off and when calling back the girls were rude

Have pizza ready at the time specified. On recent call in order, after waiting the specified "be ready" time, I arrived, looked up on board and saw that my pizza was ready. Clerk told me it was not ready and that it would be at least 20 more minutes! Needless to say, I was not happy. After returning 20 minutes later, I asked why the board showed that my pizza was ready on my first trip, the clerk told me that the names go on the board showing "ready" when the order is called in. I knew better, was thoroughly disappointed!
