It could use some bathroom attention, caulk should be redone at minimum. Otherwise, very friendly, and they allow pets.

The room was fine but the day before checkout we got no service trash was full. No fresh towels. We stayed 5 nights. Bed was never washed and was extremely firm so not comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Biscuits were hard, could only eat the top. Couldnt cut the bottoms. 4th day at 8:45 there was nothing to eat already, no milk. We ate out the 3rd and 5th days because it wasnt good. Staff was friendly. Only one elevator and hotel was crowded so had to wait extended times for bus loads of kids in town. Not terrible but wont stay there again.

Stayed for one night on our way from Memphis to New Orleans, bed was absolutely huge and really comfortable. Receptionist upon check in was lovely.

Check in was great and very friendly. Room was OK. Truthful cans filthy not been cleaned under the fresh bag. Behind bathroom door molded. Breakfast eggs were burned, only muffins and bagels. Nothing to put gravey on. This hotel should be no more than $100. Definitely no $180. First time I have been disappointed by a IHG property, we are long time members. First review I have ever left. They text you at 8 am for check out and maid tried to come
in room at 9:30.

Nice place to stop for the night. Not too far from old town. Friendly staff and breakfast was good.
