Its a decent place to live at for first timers! Been in here 3 years and i can say I only enjoyed the first year!! These last past 2 years been hell!! The plumbing is an BIG ISSUE!!!! When upstairs flushes their toilets and showers it comes up in my tub!! Every time I calls office phone , I get no answer and when i go to the office.. I always get the run around. Like why you aint called, maintenance on their way to you.. but never shows until next day!! BATHROOM WAS MESSED UP FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND I DIDNT GET NO APOLOGY NO DISCOUNT NO NOTHINGand guess what its messed up again and no ones answering the phone!!its sad!!!We pay 705 every month on time and have to live like this!!!

This place appears to be owned by slumlords the grass was high as of place was abandoned there are several buildings without windows and several buildings with out any tenants at all as though it appears to be run down the people whom I visited where on the process of moving out the ceiling was coming apart In the bed rooms their air was out they brought old small cheap window units to supply air to a whole 3 bedroom apartment there was all sorts of mold and other issues that were very visible and makes this place unlivable and they are charging people $900 bucks a months or more for

If I could give a zero I would this is the worst place anyone could live. I dont understand why they just wont condemn them. I live there for 13 years and I moved because the ceiling was falling in we had black mold the air wasnt working the apartment had gotten full of drain flies and they did nothing but made excuses. My advice is to do not move over there because you get not what you pay for. There are some that are worse but I no longer have them.
