Meridian at Fondren

Something to thing about. Agencies that lie. I live at the Meridian at Fondren, Jackson, MS. It has overall been a great experience. It meets the basic needs and it is walking distance to work. However, over the past few weeks the elevators have been ify!! One works the other does not. Now both are out of service. I called this morning to talk with management and while the lady assured me they were working on this, I could tell in her voice it was a well rehearsed line. I understand that if you don't have coverage for weekend repairs it will be Tuesday before this is addressed. But tell your renters this. It gives them the chance to make other arrangements and make consideration for additional lease with you. The moral here is don't lie to you tenants. Please consider before you lease. Yes it is close t UMMC. But people or companies that lie are they worth considering??? Especially when the city has a water issue how are you going to get water to the 5th floor?? Tell the truth I can get a hotel only if you have told the truth. Please consider people that tell you the truth or provide a well rehearsed lie ???

Horrible management, poor quality service, noise level out of control, poor construction, poor maintenance, poor communication when dealing with black and brown people.

Lived here for 2 years. Ideal for walking access to UMMC. Safe and quiet. Nearby gym, grocery stores, and restaurants. Nice pool and apartment gym as well. Shelby and Tyler do a great job in the office. Always were very responsive and helpful.
