Chris is great. Smaller gym with an individual approach. Great for people that may be overwhelmed by ridiculously huge facilities with group mentality.

Lots of classes! Super cool agreement with the facility where you can use steam, hot tub, sauna, gym. Great programming friendly people

Not sure about the name 24.7 as they are not open on a Saturday afternoon. Maybe it is just this one time, but I recommend that you definitely call first. Good luck!
