        My son does the after school conditioning class twice a week and has shown so much improvement. The smaller class size means he has one on one with the a coach. Highly recommend

        The work-out session that I am paying an hour for was 23 minutes. The manager conducted the workout and clearly could have cared less about my daughters training. My daughter was very disappointed. She misses CJ. I wouldnt recommend the rookie class anymore. The manager has never seemed to care about the customers. We had another experience where we signed up for the Saturday 9 am class and the establishment was not even open at 9:08. I called that following Monday to speak with same manager and he offered no apology. We should have been notified that the class would not be available that morning especially given we signed up for that time the day before.

        Love this place! Started off as just a place for my son to become more active and improve his running and agility and then it became place that me and my mom started working out as well, and we LOVE it! We love Ham and Kasey, theyre awesome!
